Shipping

Returns

Womenesyé aims to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a 30-day return guarantee, allowing customers to return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt if they are not satisfied. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you should contact Womenesyé via email at womenesye@gmail.com within 30 days with detailed descriptions and, if possible, pictures or videos. The customer service team will respond within one business day to assist with the return process.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, and free from stains or damage. Returns may be refused or limited if the items are found to be worn, altered, laundered, or damaged, or if there is a history of excessive returns. Womenesyé reserves the right to reject returns in cases of potential fraud or criminal activity. The company does not provide shipping labels, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated fees. Customized color wigs are not eligible for return or exchange, except for quality issues.

The refund will be processed within 1 business day, and the money will be automatically returned to your original method of payment in 3–10 working days. If the return is due to customer error, such as choosing the wrong size or not liking the product, a €20 restocking/handling fee may be deducted from the refund. This fee may also apply to orders refused by the customer upon delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.

Customers can cancel or change their order within 2 hours of payment before it is packed for shipping. Womenesyé encourages customers to contact their customer service team for any assistance, promising to respond within one business day. Womenesyé reserves the right to interpret and amend its policies as needed.
