Processing Time and Shipping Time:

Order Cut Off 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Handling Time days 1-2 days (Monday - Saturday)

Transit Time days 7-10 (Monday - Saturday)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

You can cancel/change your order before your order packed in our warehouse (2 hours upon payment).

If your item is broken or defective, please email us at info@womenesye.com within 30 days with a description and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours, from 8 AM - 9 PM EST (Monday - Saturday) and guide you through the return or refund process.
